Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Deckhand to join an exceptional team who focuses on maintaining high standards of safety and service on board. This role requires the lead deckhand to step into the Bosuns role while they are on leave, assisting with supervising deck operations. They must have excellent tender driving and water sports skills and in addition to this they need to perform general maintenance tasks including painting and carpentry. Someone who is a team player, is enthusiastic, career driven and has the ability to adapt to changing conditions would be well suited to this team. Excellent references and proven longevity is essential. This role is offering 90 days of annual leave. A yacht master ticket is essential to apply.
