Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to cook for the crew for the next few months during the Caribbean season.
- 2 month contract with a monthly salary of 5,500 - 6,000 euros depending on experience.
- Please note you MUST have a B1B2 in hand already as well as a Ships Cook certificate. You will not be considered without this so please do not apply.
- This temporary position will need to run from as soon as possible due to unforeseen crew movements, this will ideally be this week.
- You will be required to cook healthy and delicious meals for the team onboard and support the permanent Sous Chef who will be stepping up into the Head Chef role. This said, we are looking for a strong candidate who can work collaboratively and assist where needed. Ideally you will have a good knowledge on baking and other fundamentals.
- There will be a few trips during your time onboard with equal share of any charter tips included.
- Ideally you will have experience in similar roles as well as a restaurant background.
- Lovely team and dynamic onboard - things could potentially go permanent for the right candidate.
