Chief Engineer in Antigua & Barbuda

Summary

We are looking for a Chief Engineer for a 55m+ Private/Charter M/Y.

-Rotational Position (8:8) to start mid-January in the Caribbean.

-Must have a minimum Y2 (or equivalent) in hand.

-Will be having a short yard period in February/March and then heading to the Pacific.

-The ideal candidate will have yachting and commercial engineering experience.

-B1/B2 is essential.

-Total of 16 mixed nationalities onboard.

-Should be fluent in English.

-Non-smoking vessel.

Salary DOE with a good package on offer.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
