We are seeking a proactive and experienced Chief Engineer for a 43-meter vessel based in West Palm Beach, currently undergoing an extensive shipyard period. Built in 2002, the vessel requires a hands-on professional who excels in project management, problem-solving, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and executing necessary repairs and upgrades during the shipyard period.
- Innovating and implementing solutions to bring the yacht up to standard.
- Managing projects and budgets effectively to meet the vessel\'s needs.
- Preparing the yacht for potential trips, including a planned Bahamas/Caribbean voyage in December.
