Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Bosun & Chase Boat Captain to join a 70m private and charter yacht with an adventurous program. The role offers a mix of responsibilities, dynamic cruising, and a supportive team environment.
- Experience with IDEA and PINPOINT.
- 50+ft boat handling experience.
- Prior leadership or chase boat experience.
- Organised, self-starter, and self-motivated.
- Nationality preference: Australian or Kiwi (British considered).
- Active in water sports: diving, wakeboarding, skurfing, foiling, etc.
- Sociable and enjoys extensive off-the-beaten-track cruising.
- Bonus skills: carpentry, diving certifications, fishing, surfing, or boat building.
Rotation: 4:2 (2 months Bosun, 2 months Chase Boat Captain)
Salary: DOE
Start Date: January 2025
- 4–5 years of experience in the yachting industry.
- Holds Yacht Master or OOW (engineering tickets are a bonus).
