This 80m MY is currently looking for a Chief Stewardess to join them onboard in early January 2025. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years yachting experience behind them already, ands show longevity of more than 2 years on one of their previous vessels. You will be a strong leader, and have previous experience as a chief stewardess on a similar sized vessel. Training your team onboard will be a huge part of your job on a monthly basis, and passing on your knowledge to them will get them to the levels expected sooner rather than later. Although a strong leader has be requested onboard, they still want someone who can mix well with others without becoming a dictator. There is a very well balanced crew currently onboard and they intend on keeping it that way, so the selected candidate really will have to tick all of the boxes should they be shortlisted.
