ABOUT THE YACHT
‘Just My Way’ is a Favaro 76 of wooden, West System construction built in 2015 in Venice, Italy. She has been set up for autonomy and long distance cruising in comfort. She is a stunning one off motor yacht, built by the Vizianello shipyard.
She can accomodate 6 guests and 2, maximum 3 crew. The crew are located at the Stern of the vessel with separate access to the accommodation through the transom door. The galley and helm can be accessed from the side decks through separate side doors for discreet movement around the vessel. The helm offers a third crew berth if necessary by way of a convertible sofa and day heads.
She is powered by two John Deere 6081AFM75 280 hp engines for displacement cruising between 8 and 10 knots. Maximum 12 knots. Two Whisper Power generators, 16kw and 23kw, and a solar array provide more than adequate power for the vessels systems. Other machinery includes, bow and stern thrusters, gyro and fin stabilisers, yachtmaster, watermaker and air con and heating throughout.
OWNER PROFILE AND CRUISING STYLE
The Owners of ‘Just My Way’ are an international couple with two sons, currently 12 and 2. The family has lots of experience sailing the Mediterranean from their base in Tuscany, Italy having previously owned a 16m motor yacht which they sailed extensively over 4 years without any crew assistance.
The Owners sail primarily from June through to September, with shorter weekend excursions taking place outside of this window when the weather and children’s schedules permit.
The Owners are seeking to Charter ‘Just My Way’ for a maximum of 6 weeks, during the summer period when they are taking a break from the water. The owners are happy to provide an additional crew member during the time to ensure that guests are getting a first class experience.
When the owners are aboard they will be very active in the running of the yacht, from navigation and watch, to manoeuvring and line handling. The family will enjoy water sports, excursions with the tender and wonderful fresh local cuisine as they cruise all over the Mediterranean. Each summer will be a new adventure, discovering new European Coastlines and Islands.
It is the intention to put the boat in storage over the winter, probably from November to April, to do necessary Maintenance and upgrade work and during this time the Owners are happy to accommodate the needs of the Crew.
