We are looking for a Chief Officer/Relief Junior Captain role for a 50m MY. Busy Single season Charter MY, West Med cruising. 500GT Master CoC, STCW, GMDSS and ENG1 certifications. Permanent position with 60days leave package. This role is ideal for a motivated Chief Officer seeking mentorship, drive time, and the chance to progress their career.
- Proven experience in a similar role aboard charter yachts of comparable size.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a busy charter schedule.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Take on Junior Captain duties during winter
