Summary
We are looking for a Second Officer to join a busy private family 55m motor yacht currently based in Turkey. A well-managed yacht with a healthy crew culture. You must hold an OOW 3000 qualification as a minimum and with Chief Mate 3000 preferred. You should have experience on a similar sized vessel with solid foundation as a Bosun and Bridge experience as essential (at least one year). You will be required to step up as Chief Officer when the permanent CO is on leave, which is every third month. You will have good watersports and tender driving experience. With a true focus on safety you will be working 50% on bridge and 50% on paperwork. A good package : - Euro 4,500 - 5,000 (DOE) with a 3:1 rotation leave schedule. The candidate will be available to join at the beginning of January at the latest.
