Summary
We are seeking a female Sole Chef due to cabin arrangements. Must be hard working, have excellent time management and hygiene standards. Calm demenour under pressure. Guests preference is light mediterranean, family style, but are very particular about timing. We are looking for a confident and capable Chef, not someone just starting out. Guest trips can be quite intense, with short turnarounds, followed by long periods with guests off, usually based in Palma for the winter, if not in the Caribbean.
Culinary trained with at least 3 years yacht chef experience.
Happy to bake & make fresh deserts.
Perference will be given to candidates with sailing yacht experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- Eng1 medical (or equivilant)
- Food safety and hygiene certificate
60 days leave to start with, full medical and accident cover, 2 flights per year.
