Summary

Position - Head Chef

Vessel - 70m+ Private motor yacht

Location - Mediterranean/Caribbean

Start date - Flexible


Requirements:

3 years’ experience on similar sized vessels or within comparable role.

5+ Years culinary experience.

Experience running effectively and efficiently a Galley, alongside managing sous chef.  

Experience in Michelin star and fine dining restaurants.

Firm understanding of HACCP, COSHH, and Food safety practices.

Experience and knowledge of catering for a variety of dietary requirements

Accountancy / budget skills / Understanding of excel.

Knowledge and familiarity of provisioning throughout the Mediterranean & Caribbean.

Firm understanding of sourcing high quality ingredients  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
