Summary
Table and Dining Room Service:
- Warmly welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Take orders and serve dishes and beverages according to quality standards.
- Respond discreetly and efficiently to clients’ needs and requests.
- Ensure cleanliness and impeccable arrangement of dining areas.
Management of Outdoor Spaces (including poolside):
- Prepare outdoor areas: set up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and decorations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool, terraces, and gardens.
- Serve drinks and snacks to clients in outdoor spaces with a high level of service.
- Be attentive to clients’ needs to ensure their comfort and safety.
Additional Tasks:
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cleaning team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in stock management and workspace organization.
- Offer suggestions for improving the client experience.
Required Skills for This Role:
- Excellent presentation and a strong sense of discretion.
- Experience in service or luxury hospitality (preferred).
- Good knowledge of etiquette and social protocol.
- Versatility, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Fluent in English.
