Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chase Boat Captain & Stew team to join this high profile 70m+ Private/Charter MY on a Van Dutch 48 with Twin Engine Volvo Penta D11 (725HP) with bow and stern (Tunnel) thruster, Stern Drive.
The ideal Chase Boat Captain will have completed their OOW Modules, or as a bare minimum their Nav & Radar and GMDSS modules with extensive Large Tender / Chase boat experience. This candidate will be mature, well put together and responsible. Additional qualities would be that of great project management and a self-starter. The candidate will need to be comfortable being guest facing and interacting with guests. This candidate will have no less than 3 - 4 years in the yachting industry with proven Large tender experience, we are not open to candidates who have driven a big tender a few times. This is very important.
During the season, the candidate will be responsible for the full operation of the tender - inclusive of maintenance, budgets and guest operations. When the Chase Boat is not in use the candidate will be expected to help on deck and will be considered a member on the deck crew. Out of season, other than the general upkeep of the Chase Boat, the candidate will be work-based, onboard with the deck crew.
The ideal Chase Boat Stewardess will be someone with proven experience on busy boats, preferable with solid charter experience. 2+ years experience, with at least 1 year longevity onboard a yacht over 50m.
This candidate will need to be dynamic, and proactive as the role will often require them to “float” and support the team when needed. This candidate will further need to possess the maturity and ability to be guest facing. Comfortable in service, as well as in House Keeping. Any additional skills are welcomed.

Salary: Chase Boat Captain - 5.500-6.500EUR/month, Stewardess - DOE
