Summary
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join a well established 90+ private M/Y. The ideal candidate will be culinary trained and have previous experience on a 70m +. We are looking for candidates who are highly organised, versatile and can produce high quality, varied and healthy meals. You will be assisting both the Head Chef and 3rd/Crew Chef. This is a dual season yacht which will cruise the Med and Caribbean. Must be a good team player, be able to keep calm under pressure and happy to help where required.
This role would best suit a candidate who would like to join a dual season MY with a well-planned itinerary, with a great owner and a lovely Captain and crew onboard. The position is to start immediately in the Caribbean.
