Summary
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our 56m private / chater boat, for a busy summer season ahead. As Sous Chef you will be responsable for catering for the 15 crew onboard , budgeting and provisioning. You will be required to support the rotational Head Chefs as needed during busy guest trips.

Experience and attributes required:
- 4 -5 years’ experience as a chef, ideally in high end fine-dining hotels / restaurants
- Solid foundation in Pastry and Baking / Bread.
- Experience on yachts is not essential but benefical
- We are looking for past longevity and willingness for a long-term commitment onboard
- Possitive Attitude, Team player, sociable, hard worker
- Driving license is essential
- A ships cook certificate is preferable though not mandated with the right experience and attitude.
- Eng1 / STCW / Level 2/3 Food Hygiene / PDSD must be in hand
