Yacht Chef required for a 50m+ private motor yacht cruising around South East Asia. The ideal candidate should have experience in Asian and Western cuisines, mostly for family style service. Capable of managing the galley independently.
Job description:
• Prepare guest meals
• Prepare daily crew meals
• Detail cleaning of galley and walk in fridges
• Experience with provisioning in Asia
• Maintain clear inventory lists
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job requirements:
• Min 3 year related job experience
• culinary training
• Awareness of personal hygiene and kitchen safety
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Works well under pressure
• Good time management skills and independent
• Fluent English
Qualifications:
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical certificate)
• Food Hygiene
