We are looking for a Head Chef to join a 85m motor yacht, the position requires extensive culinary knowledge, including Italian, French and Russian cuisine. You must have creative menu planning along with exceptional presentation skills, with an established understanding of managing the Galley. Applicants will have at least 5 years’ experience with proven longevity within these roles and be available from mid February 2025. Applicants will be required to present a food portfolio.
