We are looking for a Captain for a Private 30m Motor Yacht
Overview:
An experienced and professional couple is sought to manage and operate a 30m tri-deck motor yacht. The ideal team will demonstrate proven longevity, professionalism, and a desire for a long-term commitment. This yacht is predominantly based in the Caribbean/ USA.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a family-focused operation with excellent feedback from the outgoing crew, who are leaving due to life changes.
Captain/Engineer Requirements:
- Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized vessels.
- Strong engineering skills to handle all systems onboard.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Interest in contributing to potential future charter operations.
- YM Offshore Commercially Endorsed
Stew/Deck/Cook Requirements:
- Versatile and adaptable, capable of assisting across multiple departments.
- Comfortable with light cooking duties (basic meals; no chef-level expertise required).
- Strong focus on maintaining a clean, well-organized interior.
- Experience assisting with deck duties, tender driving, and guest services.
