Summary

We are seeking an experienced chef proficient in Italian and international cuisine for a busy charter yacht. The ideal candidate will cook for both the crew and guests during the busy summer charter season.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily meals for both crew and guests
  • Create menus that cater to diverse culinary tastes, including Italian and international dishes
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Monitor satisfaction with meals and make adjustments as needed
  • Start date 1. April 2025

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Italian and international cuisine
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Strong communication skills with the crew and guests
  • Knowledge of Italian language is a bonus
