We are seeking an experienced chef proficient in Italian and international cuisine for a busy charter yacht. The ideal candidate will cook for both the crew and guests during the busy summer charter season.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals for both crew and guests
- Create menus that cater to diverse culinary tastes, including Italian and international dishes
- Manage the procurement and inventory of ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
- Monitor satisfaction with meals and make adjustments as needed
- Start date 1. April 2025
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Italian and international cuisine
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, busy environment
- Strong communication skills with the crew and guests
- Knowledge of Italian language is a bonus
