Requirements
- Must be very well versed with Italian & Med. Cuisine.
- If speaking Italian or French, its a plus.
- Must be able to go to Monaco or Gstaad and cook for the Owner prior selection.
- Charter experience is a plus.
- Portofolio with pictures and sample menu is a necessity.
- Valid references that will be checked thoroughly.
Owner is a lovely family of four and they are quite easy when it comes to food. There are a few expedition charters per year, for up to 12 persons.
Benefits
$7,000 / month ($84,000 per year for 9 months of actual work)
90 days of paid leave per year of work (there is a crew cook onboard to cook when chef is off and can take care of the galley)
