Summary

• 65m Dual season Private/Charter motor yacht are seeking a bosun to join them ASAP!

• Great opportunity to work alongside fantastic captains, a lovely owner and a solid tight knit team. The owner cares about the crew and longevity and same faces are important for them

• They are looking for an experienced Bosun or lead hand coming from a larger yacht holding minimum Yachtmaster offshore and B1 visa

• It is important the bosun leads from the front, is good for morale and is keen to progress themselves and drive on the deck team

• Tender driving experience essential, if you have experience with Jet drive this would be advantageous

• They run an extensive array of watersports toys so an interest and experience with watersports would be goo

• The yacht runs a mixture of private and charter usage. They will be predominantly charter only during the Med Season and Private during Winter season. The yacht will be attending various charter shows during the Summer

• Potential to gain some experience with ISM, LSA/FFE checks when time allows

• On offer is a salary of 4500 Euros, 60 days leave, even split of tips, good bonus schemes including bonuses for longevity and discretionary seasonal bonus

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
