Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented Assistant fluent in Mandarin and English? This is your chance to join a prestigious Private Family Office as a Superyacht Assistant, a role that offers an exciting blend of office-based and travel work, where no two days are the same.

About the role

Becoming part of a high-performing, close-knit team, the Superyacht Assistant role will be based between the Family Office in Central London and aboard a luxurious private yacht, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations for the family and their guests. This is a dynamic Assistant position requiring a unique blend of administrative expertise and adaptability. As the Superyacht Assistant you’ll support the Yacht Captain and his PA with operations, manage complex and ever-changing schedules, and organise seamless travel arrangements for national and international trips, and managing financial payments and reconciliations across multiple trips and currencies, managing budgets and processing invoices. Whether it’s booking hotels, coordinating transfers, or handling reservations and excursions, the Superyacht Assistant will be the linchpin connecting the yacht team, the private office, and external providers.

As the Superyacht Assistant, your ability to anticipate needs and respond swiftly to last-minute changes will be key to maintaining exceptional service standards. Working across time zones, you’ll liaise with the yacht and office teams to craft unforgettable itineraries for guests and family members, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

Qualifications required

·       3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role supporting UHNW families or in private offices/on a superyacht

·       Bookkeeping, financial planning and reporting experience

·       Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and scheduling tools

·       Exceptionally well-organised with strong accounting, written, and verbal communication skills

·       Well-mannered and polished in appearance

·       Able to travel when requested and at short notice

·       Driving license (beneficial)

·       The willingness to travel regularly, sometimes at short notice

*Fluency in both Mandarin and English is an essential requirement for this role*
