Yacht: 90m - Private - dockside - no guests

Itinerary:  Local US west coast 

Licence Required:  Prefer a small Engineering license and previous experience as a wiper/motorman  

Requirements: Yachting experience on larger yachts is a plus

STCW + Refresher

Adv. Firefighting +

USCG marine medical or ENG1 (valid for 6 months)

Passport (valid min. 1 year)

B1/B2 visa or US passport / green card

TWIC is a plus

male due to cabin arrangements non-smoker is preferred as we have a healthy active crew.   Ideally candidates located in or near the US.

Background check and drug testing may apply. 

Responsibilities: 

This person must have experience maintaining an engine room and tech areas on yachts, must be fluent on best cleaning practices for these areas, will also assist the engineering team with maintenance items from time to time and clean the areas after they are done working. 

Job Specifics: Wiper/Oiler (oil changes, wiper, help with tenders, etc.)  We need someone that truly likes keeping an engine room and technical spaces clean, polished and paint touched up. 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience - economy flights to and from the vessel. Insured while on board.
