Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd stewardess who has previous experience leading interior teams of 5+ and 4+ years in the industry. The 2nd Stew should be confident in all aspects of service including confidence in guest interaction. They should be able to lead and guide their team while maintaining a close professional relationship with the Chief Stew being her right hand at all times. This role would suit someone who takes their job seriously but also knows how to create a positive work environment and boost team morale when needed. Communication skills are important and as always, excellent references are essential. the salary on offer for this role is between 5000-5500 EUR depending on experience.
