Key Responsibilities:
Design diverse menus catering to various preferences, a knowledge of Chinese dishes is a plus.
Source top-quality ingredients for fresh, gourmet meals.
Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene.
Collaborate with the interior team for seamless service.
Collaborate as the Head of Department with all departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the program.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
Cook for crew 12/13 and guests.
Additional Responsibilities:
Full accounting responsibilities for galley expenses.
Ability to track and handle all cash transactions.

MCA Ships cook
ENG 1
Culinary qualifications and creative menu planning.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines.
Adaptability to changing preferences and dietary restrictions.
Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
