HOS required for this 85+m MY
- We are looking for an experienced HOS or Chief Stew to join this lovely private MY as HOS
- Unique set up on board with no Chief Stew, the interior is run by the HOS & the HOH.
- You will oversee your service team and manage all work lists on a day to day basis
- Boss on you will lead all service and deal directly with the galley ensuring the Boss's needs are met
- Wine & good cocktail knowledge is required
- The owner enjoys table scaping so creativity also required!
- When it's just the family on board, service can be family style but when they are hosting, we need someone able to up the service levels
- Start in the coming few weeks
- 2:2 - flexible to the Boss and their movements
- Salary 6500 USD
