Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate remote work schedules and communication
- Support HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
- Manage crew certificates and ensure compliance
- Coordinate crew travel arrangements
- Payroll processing
- Assist with accounting tasks and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
- Experience in payroll and accounting is a plus
