Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a well-established 80m+ motor yacht, part of a highly reputable fleet. This dual-season private/charter vessel offers a full 2:2 rotation and a competitive package.

In this role, you will lead an interior team of 7 alongside the Interior Manager, overseeing all aspects of service, housekeeping and administrative operations. You will be responsible for managing inventories, guest preferences, uniform, interior worklists and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a positive and efficient team environment. Guest on, the role is predominantly service based.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience on 65m+ vessels
  • Strong service skills, including cocktail preparation, barista experience and wine knowledge
  • Excellent administrative and digital proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • B1/B2 Visa
  • Female only due to cabin arrangements

Languages

English / Fluent
