Chief Steward(ess) Required on 80m+ Private & Charter Sailing Yacht in Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew to join an exciting program and crew of 14. This is hands-on role that demands frequent, direct communication with the owners, and enthusiasm to dive into all aspects of the vessel — from interior duties to training, safety, and operational support.
Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience onboard 50m+ sized vessels with prior Chief Stewardess experience and strong references.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills are a essential.
- Salary: 6500–7000 EUR DOE
- Leave: Rotational (10:10) or full-time (TBD)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Joining Location: Tasmania
- Itinerary: Australasia; 7-month refit in Auckland from April 2025; Pacific & Asia cruising in 2026.
