Job Specifics:
I need an Entry Level Stew-Deck person to handle :
light interior (change over cabins)
light dishes (the bosses usually tackle)
Docking-undocking, anchoring (lots of anchoring)
Work hard, be frustrated, and work through it. Listen and learn - I’ll make it easy
Get time on the helm
Help with light mechanical (hold this wrench, hand me that, pull on that one…)
Drive the tender - again, I will train. It's a Sealegs 21 ft - nice and big, and you can drive it on the beach.
Predictable schedule - most dates are already filled out -
They will be responsible for the boat when I am off it. Full use of hot tub, you name it.
Responsible if I need to walk them through an issue for basic problem solving stuff.
Other: Otters (they are on our dock all the time) Orcas, humpbacks, seals, you name it. The boss is pretty hands-on, techie, very nice and kind - and lives about 20 min from the boat and captain about 2 hours away when off.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
Commercial Registered Yacht: NO private under 500gt
