Requirements:
US passport or Green card
STCW + refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Assisting with exterior maintenance, docking and lines, toys, etc.
Tender driving 18'
Other Requirements: Active, happy disposition. Responsible.
Responsibilities: MATE Duties
Needs to be able to be accountable and responsible.
Some basic maintenance is a plus. Oil changes, the basics are good.
Need an active Mate/Deck, hands on
OTHER: Owner will use for entertaining as well as charter.
It runs with 3 full time crew and a 4th (chef) as needed. - Captain/Engineer, Deck/mate, Steward/ess and a freelance chef for charters and sometimes for owner. Once you establish the owner's use and needs, additional crew can be discussed.
Crew quarters: Crew cabins aft - queen on one side, bunks for other cabin. Two heads there, as well, full beam crew area, laundry up front and aft as well.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on your past experience and compensation.
