Summary
We have a 100m+ private dual-season motor yacht currently looking for a Sous Chef to join them in the Spring.
- This is a busy program so you must have yachting experience (ideally on a bigger vessel) to be considered for this role.
- Lovely boat with a nice opportunity for someone to be part of a fast-paced program where they can grow under the Head Chef.
- The vessel has an interesting itinerary that goes away from the traditional milk run.
- The galley runs with 3 chefs onboard. You will be responsible for crew food off-charter and will assist with guest food on trip. The Head Chefs are lovely!
- They are looking for an eager Chef, who is keen to learn and continue to grow whilst feeling confident in their role. As well as some experience onboard you will also have spent time in restaurants and/or culinary training. Ships Cook certification is a bonus but not a necessity.
- Start date will be in April.
- Salary is 5,500 euros per month.
- This role will come with a unique 3:3 rotation - perfect for someone looking to spend larger periods of time at home.
