Looking for a male or female deckhand, someone with 1-2 years yachting experience and proven longevity is important, ideally on yachts 50m+. Keen, fit, healthy and enthusiastic character wanted. Looking for someone wanting to invest in their career in yachting and looking for longevity. Yacht Master / Yacht rating advantageous but not essential B1/B2 is a bonus! Package - starting salary €3,150 + 13th month Christmas bonus + Charter tips (this summer €15K each). 5:1 rotation. Great crew, fantastic owners (family vibe) and a great program to be part of.
