Summary
EXPERIENCED CAPTAIN - PERMANENT POSITION
We are currently seeking an experienced Captain for a charter motor yacht. Mediterranean navigation and prior experience as a Charter Captain are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure impeccable service and create the best possible experience during charters or private use.
o Uphold compliance standards using the ISM software and collaborate closely with the Designated Person Ashore (DPA).
o Oversee all yacht operations, including technical maintenance and shipyard projects.
o Demonstrate a positive “can-do attitude”
o Handle tasks such as managing invoices entries, budgets, and APA reports using the accountant software.
Professional Presentation:
o Actively engage in a hands-on, friendly manner with excellent presentation.
o Non-smoking and no visible tattoos
Qualifications :
Coc Master 3000 licenses + All compulsory Seafarers trainings (ENG1, STCW BST, Survival Craft and Rescue Boats etc ). EU Passport holder
Package offer
o Permanent, Full-time position (non-rotational)
o Single season cruising cruising in the Mediterranean
o Leave entitlement: 42 days leaves/year with 1 repatriation flight home/year
