Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Officer to join the team aboard a 55m private motor yacht. The vessel will undergo its 25-year survey in Fort Lauderdale, after which it will be based on the East Coast of the United States, primarily cruising between Florida and Maine during the summer months.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a slower-paced yacht program, with a focus on comfort and leisure over fast-paced water sports and extensive sea time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of yacht operations, and experience managing a crew in a private setting. This role offers a balanced lifestyle with regular cruising, but with fewer hours on the water compared to traditional yacht programs.
