Well established program with great owner and longstanding senior crew and Captains
They are looking for an experienced Bosun, with 1+ seasons experience running a deck team and able to hit the ground running with training and operations
Lovely owner who appreciates and looks after the crew well
They cruise both the Med and Caribbean and will be heading to the Bahamas for a short Winter season of cruising with the owner before crossing back to the Med for a busy Summer ahead
Must have B1/B2 visa and Yachtmaster in hand
They are looking for a good attitude, someone who is willing to lead by example and pass on knowledge to the junior members of the team with high standards
On offer is a salary of 4500 Euros, 3:1 rotation, 13th month bonus, full medical cover and training budget
