Summary
We are looking for an experienced travelling Executive Assistant for a UHNWI
Ideally we are looking for someone with a U.K, EU or American Passport.
This is a high-level role and you will need to have had at least 5 years’ experience within an EA position, longevity is a must. Also, previous experience within a corporate background is important. For this role you will be part of a 2-person rotational team.
Responsibilities:
· Executive Support: Manage the Principal’s calendar, schedule, and appointments.
· Travel Coordination: Plan and execute complex travel logistics for the principal, including private and commercial flights, accommodations, transfers, and other arrangements.
· Event Management: Book and organize conferences, meetings, and event locations.
· Financial Administration: Track and log invoices, expenses, and bills; ensure timely payments.
· Communication: Liaise with external and internal parties to confirm meetings and engagements -all other house staff, Nannies, Governesses, Security,
Ideal candidate:
· Minimum 5 years in a high-level EA role supporting executives or UHNW individuals.
· Experience working as a corporate EA as well as previous experience working in a private capacity is important
· Strong track record of managing complex travel logistics for international itineraries.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain a collegial, professional atmosphere.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with time zone coordination.
