Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Chief Stew. Ideally coming from 60-80m vessel (can be coupled with an OOW3000/CM3000)
- Ability to delegate and manage team of 5
- Good communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of restaurants and activities in cruising areas (Med / Caribbean)
- 2 years plus charter experience
- Great wine knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Financial management
We are looking for someone who is a self starter and can be left to manage their department. You will work closely with the captain and charter manager.
Vessel has minimal owner usage and predominantly runs a busy charter season. Flexible start date for the right candidate.
