Purser required for this dual season 90m Charter and Privately used Motor Yacht. Beautiful yacht with a fantastic crew and nice owner.
10 weeks : 10 weeks rotational position. Single cabin. Must have proven experience and longevity in a similar role onboard a +70m yacht. Please do NOT apply if you have never been a Purser before! Preference will be given to those who have worked their way up through the ranks on yachts. Looking for someone who’s hard-working, has great initiative, and excellent accountancy skills, and is accustomed to using yacht accountancy programmes. Must be confident in a guest-facing concierge role, and be strong in this area. A traditional Purser role in terms of duties – visas, crew flights, port clearances, immigration, administrative back up for the Captain, concierge, APA management, accounts & budgets, ship yard management, liaison with owner's office, brokers and management, etc.
Candidate should be active, fit and healthy, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and wear a genuine smile on her face. This is a role for someone who is happy to jump right, just ahead of the Med season.
Superb references are a must (and will be well vetted).
Good training scheme incorporated. Salary to be discussed at interview stages.
All essential certificates and visas must be valid, and in good order for a Mediterranean embarkation point.
