BOSUN NEEDED FOR A 60m SY (PRIVATE) HEADING TO THE PACIFIC

We are looking for an experienced Bosun for a 60-meter private sailing yacht, set to spend the upcoming season in the Mediterranean before cruising to the Pacific Ocean. We are looking for someone with a sense of adventure who is eager to explore unique, off-the-beaten-path destinations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sailing skills and be able to step into action and handle any sailing situation with confidence. We require someone who is not only proficient in the technical aspects of sailing but also has strong watersports skills, as they will be actively involved in a range of watersport activities onboard.
The successful candidate will have proven longevity and experience on large sailing yachts. A Yacht Master Offshore is required, and applicants working towards their OOW certification, with some modules already completed, will be highly preferred.
The boat runs with a crew of 10 and a deck department of 3.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
- STCW & ENG1
- Yacht Master Offshore and working towards OOW
- Sailing experience on large sailing yachts is required
- Strong watersports skills
- Excellent references
