Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for a 50+ meter M/Y. This vessel runs at a past pace, has structure in place and runs with a happy, active and professional crew. The Head Chef will be working closely with a Sous so they will need to display good leadership qualities and have good communication skills. Our client is looking for a Head Chef who has a vast amount of experience preparing a variety of cuisines styles. Someone who can mix things up and make delicious, exciting and well presented dishes would be best suited. In addition, a positive attitude with a calm approach when under pressure will be valued. Excellent references and proven longevity is essential. Salary: 6500 - 7500 EUR pm doe
