Private yacht 50 M currently based in Turkey will be cruising in Mediterranean. Seeking a highly motivated candidates for the interior positions 2nd and 3rd Stewardess :
Second Stewardess and Laundry/Housekeeping stewardess.

We are looking for a highly motivated female Stewardess who may have a minimum of 1-2 years of yachting experience on similar sized vessels... but is very motivated to follow and learn from the Senior Stewardess. This position would be ideal for a Stewardess and Housekeeper who is looking to take up a 2nd Stew position to be close to the Chief Stewardess. The style of service on board is very important and the detail in housekeeping is required by the owners. The owner is very detail oriented and likes to see everything luxurious, sparkling and in order.
The role requires someone with knowledge and impeccable organizational skills. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing high standards throughout the interior. The ability to provide high quality service in a relaxed environment will be crucial.
Service on board is important and I need someone who is confident in all types of service and can be quiet and polite, following all the instructions of the chef, as the family likes. For the right person with knowledge of standards (can be trained) just a good attitude, following the standards and instructions is very important.
The family is from Mexico and 80% of the entire crew will be from Mexico.
The Chief Stewardess is looking for suitable candidates to join her internal team to create a great working team on board. The most important thing is attitude and compliance with all standards and rules, as well as confidence in all aspects of service, laundry and cleaning.
