The priority for this search is longevity, commitment but overall a competent professional. You MUST have previously worked on 50m+ sail yachts with proven longevity. A minimum of 3 years experience is essential.
Well presented individual, naturally organised, with a high criteria of work ethic. Looking for someone who likes spending time with the crew and wants to be part of a great team.
Schengen is essential for those who require it.
Salary and leave to be discussed at interview stage.
