Job Description:
We are looking for a Bosun for this 50m private MY.
The right candidate must have previous experience in the same position on similar-sized vessels and be confident in both deck and bridge operations. Strong knowledge of general deck duties, including sanding, varnishing, and painting, is essential, along with the ability to supervise and train the Deckhand. Excellent tender driving and water sports skills are required (10m chase boat, jet-drive tender, jet skis etc.).
Confidence in bridge watchkeeping is also necessary.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, a true team player, easygoing, and reliable. Longevity and proven good references are a must.
The yacht was recently sold, with not heavy expected usage (4–8 weeks, not consecutive).
Preferably non-smoker. Fluent English. Mixed nationality crew.
Guests: max 10. Crew: 9 Deck team: Chief Officer + Bosun + Deckhand.
