Requirements:
- Previous yachting experience and proven longevity in prior roles (required)
- Strong deck skills, including docking, anchoring, and exterior maintenance
- Tender driving and water sports experience
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take on responsibility
- Looking to build sea time and advance within the industry
- Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to various tasks onboard
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all deck operations and vessel maintenance
- Support the captain with navigation and general vessel operations
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized exterior
