Job Description:
We are looking for a Sous Chef for this 70m Private MY.
Experienced in the delivering consistently good healthy food and supporting the head chef in delivering fine dinning and high-end healthy menus. Primary responsibility will be delivering consistently healthy, attractive food for the crew.
Assistant to Head Chef and support during GuestON operations.
Profile:
- Organised, as will be fully responsible for all crew provisioning and assisting Head Chef with Owner provisioning.
- Organised in the workplace with high cleanliness standards in the galley and stores.
- Thorough understanding or stock rotation.
- Good understanding of supplier networks in the med and EU.
- Resourceful when yacht is in remote regions, sourcing local provisions.
- food preparation.
Character: Team player, high energy level offering solutions, positive and can-do attitude. Non-smokers only. Discrete tattoos are accepted. Fluent English is a must.
Crew: 19 - mixed nationalities. Great dynamic on board.
Salary range: €4600-€5000
Leave days: 60 days per year
Additional: Private Health Care Package & Discretionary 13th Month Bonus.
