ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 80M+ MY
We are seeking a Head Chef to join this 80m+ private, dual season MY.
The vessel is currently in Spain in the yard preparing for the Med season ahead and will later head to the Caribbean in winter 2025.
The preferred candidate will be culinary trained, have 4+ years in the industry and 5+ years shoreside hotel or restaurant experience. You will be confident in a variety of cuisines – Italian, Mexican, Greek, Authentic Cantonese, seafood, sushi, healthy salads etc… with creative flair for preferences and desserts.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, calm under pressure, a team player and a motivated, upbeat addition to the crew. Open to male and female candidates.
*Must hold your Food Hygiene Level 3, Ships Cook Certificate and culinary certification*
