Job description:
A 70m+ motor yacht is seeking an experienced Rotational Male Sous Chef to join the team for the Med and Caribbean seasons. This role is on a 2/2 rotation, offering a salary of €4,200 per month, plus great charter tips every year.
The sous chef will work in a well-designed galley with large windows, assisting with both guest and crew meals. Responsibilities include preparing traditional and baked desserts for charters and guest trips, creating great crew meals, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The yacht is seeking candidates with a strong restaurant background and at least a couple of seasons of yachting experience—this is not a role for a chef new to the industry.
The yacht is currently in the Caribbean and will cross soon to spend time in the shipyard Europe, with the first guest trip starting in early June 2025.
A male sous chef is preferred, and candidates should already be based in Europe.
