Candidate must have prior yachting expereince working on deck
Candidates must have OOW 3000, or very close to obtaining
Would suit someone looking for a slower paced programme with more stability long term
A few trips in the summer which runs June - September
Quiet winter period with weekends off
The position will be deck heavy in the summer, and bridge heavy in the winter

Salary: €4500 - €5000 DOE
Leave: 90 days. Can be increased to 120 days leave for the right candidate
