Position : Business development Associate
We are a yachting software business dedicated to innovation, technology and digital transformation in the yachting industry. As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as a Business Development Associate.
If you have a passion for yachting and possess the right attitude & aptitude to grow into business development, account & relationship management, or operations, we want to hear from you! Roles include :
-Assist with pre-sales, marketing, and operational activities.
-Conduct prospect research, implementation, and execution of strategic lead generation plans.
-Support customer acquisition, onboarding, and training.
-Lead the marketing strategy, campaigns, and content creation
Qualifications :
• Affinity and experience in the yachting industry.
• Curiosity and ability to work with a variety of technology tools.
• Proficient in business English, both speaking and writing.
• High energy level and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor\\\'s Degree, majoring in Business / Entrepreneurship would be a plus.
• Superyacht crew with relevant work experience and qualifications.
• Ideal candidates will have a clear affinity for the yachting industry.
• 1-4 years work experience.
